If the platform is empty, more guests can access it, but if other owners are using the platform, guests should not be more than 2. The sun loungers on the platform do not belong to our family so they cannot be used.
Each villa has one reserved parking area.
The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, TV.
In January a sewer connection to the municipality’s main pipes has been done.
